you are eating less, your body is going to undergo certain process
to try to take whatever it can from your fat and other places,
stored energy etc. and convert that into energy that you need for
the day. So clearly there is a benefit.
There is a health benefit that's going to take place
that's obviously not for Iman that's for health purposes.
So that won't be sama Ramadan, Iman and that will be for say,

for some other reason.
When Muslims fast the intention, primary intention should be Iman,

other outstanding tasks grant us the baraka and ease and
facilitation for those to be finished so that when Ramadan
comes we can dedicate more time for you. Oh Allah make this
Ramadan better than any Ramadan before it. Oh Allah bring us
closer to you than we've ever been before it. Oh Allah and above all,
allow us to remain closer to you. Oh Allah remain close to you. Oh
Allah we ask you for a life of Taqwa and purity of Allah We ask
that you reward all of those who are sitting here those who are
listening, oh Allah grant them forgiveness grant them blessing.
