We are responsible
for sowing the seeds for the next generation.
We can't expect the next generation to do
it. And we have a very unique situation
in the west
because we're still in 1st and second generation.
We've got a lot of building to do
because
it's our fathers,
the 1st generation that came to countries like
this in the West and tried to
protect their Deen. Now there needs to be
an understanding of the Deen. There needs to
be a preservation of the Deen in these
countries,
and everybody is responsible for that.
The common folk on the street that do
not consider themselves scholars and the scholars, everybody
is responsible and everybody can play their part.
You cannot leave it to just a few.
