wa sallam column is pleased to announce that admissions for the next column seminary intake are now

ala rasulillah. While he was happy as Mary, said Mr. de la

00:00:26 --> 00:00:33
			shala continuing with our series on the life of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, a siracha
number we had the prophetic biography.

00:00:34 --> 00:01:14
			Today we'll be talking about the last of the events of the second year of higit. On the second year
of the profits, a lot of these homes residents in the city of Medina and the event that we'll be
discussing about particularly today, and I wanted some time for us to be able to talk about this in
some detail, because I wanted to use this as an opportunity to further delve into the narrative here
a little bit, is the marriage of the youngest of the daughters of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa
sallam fartlek model of the Allahu taala. And so at the end of the second year of his era, the
prophet of Allah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam

00:01:15 --> 00:02:01
			basically married his daughter Fatima, the Allahu taala on her the story of the marriage of Fatima
the Allahu taala is actually quite fascinating, quite interesting. I live in a Vitaly radi Allahu
taala and who tells the story in the first person, where he says that I came home one time and the
one of the, one of the women in my household in my family. She mentioned to me that the daughter of
the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam Hala, alimta and Fatima, the hottie battilana Rasulullah,
sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, she said that, did you know that the daughter of the prophets allottee
son was receiving marriage proposals? Bula I said, I didn't know that. Khalid kotobuki. But people

00:02:01 --> 00:02:42
			are starting to inquire about the daughter of the Prophet sallahu infatti model the Allahu taala and
the age of automata. The Allahu taala on this particular time, is discussed some say she was 15,
some say 16. Some say 18. And basically the discrepancy is whether Fatima the Allahu taala on her
was born a year or two before revelation, or was she born a year or two after revelation? And so
that difference of anywhere from about three to four years, may causes the discrepancy of whether at
this particular time she was 15, or whether she was 18 years old. By neither case, of course, she
was of an appropriate age of marriage. And so some people had begun to enquire and marriage

00:02:42 --> 00:02:58
			proposals, or at least inquiries had started to come. So he says, I didn't know so she says yes, in
fact, but the hoodie but she is people are inquiring about her. So she then says to me earlier, the
Allahu taala and he says, For Megan Naropa and Tatiana rasulillah It's a lot easier for us.

00:02:59 --> 00:03:43
			That what prevents you from going to the prophet to lobby some so that he can marry you to his
daughter for pool to Wendy shaylen attesa What up? And so I responded by saying that do I even have
anything to get married with for college in nikka rasulillah he's a lot more jakka she said don't
worry about that. If you go to the profits, a lot of a sudden he'll figure something out for you.
All right, so she and then he says for lucky masala to Ragini todhunter Allah rasulillah Lisa, and
he says that I swear to God, we're lucky I swear to Allah, she would not stop like encouraging me to
go and talk to the prophets allowed him until I finally went to go see the prophets a lot. So this

00:03:43 --> 00:04:22
			is where it gets very interesting. So he says that Now keep in mind who is a leader the Allahu anhu
to the prophets a lot he said them he grew up in the home of the prophets, a lot of them he was
raised by the profits a lump sum their profits a lot ism was, you know, a father type figure to him
like an uncle to him. Even though they were cousins. He was like an uncle to him. And he was his
mentor. He is the Messenger of Allah. And Allah The Allahu taala was very close to him and also very
comfortable with him. In spite of that, obviously, he says for Emma and Archie in a day he for him
to, he says, but when I went and I sat down in front of him to talk about this matter, I became just

00:04:22 --> 00:05:00
			completely silent. I could not get a word a sound out of my mouth. Alright, so a lot of times, you
know, we talk about the awkwardness or the difficulty of the marriage process. And a lot of times,
you know, we'll say that Oh, it's not it. No, it's not that difficult. And there's nothing awkward
about it. We've made it awkward. No, no, it's always been a little awkward. It's always been a
little bit awkward. Right? So whenever a young man approaches a young woman's father, every single
young man has always gotten a little bit scared. All right, so it's completely natural. This is the
Allahu taala I know. He's a man who stood in the back

00:05:00 --> 00:05:30
			battlefield that the Battle of Baghdad just months ago and declared himself to be Annalisa matomo
who haidara I'm the one whose mother called him ally and named him a lion. So this is a warrior,
right? This is somebody who is very close to the prophets who loves him but when it comes to
marriage, he says of him too. I could not get a sound out of my mouth. So the profits a lot he says,
For what lucky must have talked to and attended Mr. gela lesson with a button I was just so
overwhelmed and intimidated that I couldn't speak a word.

00:05:31 --> 00:06:01
			So the prophets Allah the cinema is looking at the Allahu taala and who's sitting in front of him
kind of wondering why did he just come and just sit down and then sit there silently just kind of
staring you know blankly you know with this blank look on his face What's going on here? So he says
my job because I like a handwritten what's what why have you come Do you need something? Right? you
kind of do that to somebody is everything okay? Do you need something for soccer too? He says I was
quiet. I couldn't say a word.

00:06:02 --> 00:06:05
			So the province a lot of these I'm against is my job because I like a *

00:06:07 --> 00:06:16
			Ali, what's going on with you? Do you need something? And he says for circa two. I was silent. Not a
word.

00:06:17 --> 00:06:21
			And then a seminar agency a third time he said my job became like a hydrogen.

00:06:22 --> 00:06:37
			Do you need something? Why have you come here? Can I help you with something? And again, just
silent. The profits a lot, he said and then understanding he says La Liga Geeta, Dr. Boo Fatima, you
came to answer Fatima's hand in marriage, didn't you?

00:06:38 --> 00:07:21
			You understood, right? The only thing that could stun you this way. And that could put you into
this, you know, state of just silence and frees you up like this has to be the only thing scarier
than fighting in the battlefield. And that is marriage. Right? That's the only thing. You're the guy
who I can't get to sit down in the battlefield. And you cannot utter a sound you're frozen. Right?
So it's got to be marriage. And it's got to be my daughter. Otherwise, you wouldn't be so afraid of
talking to me. Faculty when I finally said Yes, that's it one word guess. So the profits a lot
decent and then said, you know, and this is kind of a lesson opportunity for the fathers. Hey,

00:07:21 --> 00:07:44
			listen, when you're talking to somebody about your baby girl about your daughter, right? You give
him you give him the you know, the third degree. All right, you don't take it easy on him. And so he
said the process um, says while they're in the command chain, the second new hobby, do you have
anything to offer? my finances? What would you have?

00:07:46 --> 00:07:53
			And he says I said at that time, La La Jolla rasulillah. I don't have anything on messenger Allah.

00:07:54 --> 00:08:11
			Allah He I don't have anything. So you can imagine this is not going as planned. And at that time,
the prophets a lot, he said them then, and you know, in another narration, alira, the Allahu taala
and who actually says fidenza kartu for the worker to salata, who

00:08:12 --> 00:08:17
			I remember the, you know, the Scylla, to Rahim of the Prophet salatu salam,

00:08:18 --> 00:08:45
			right. Well, he I data who, and I remembered his good treatment, I recalled and remember the fact
that the profits allowed him is very merciful to his family members. He's very kind he's very
generous. I kept that in mind. So I said like, jasola we're lucky I don't have anything. So the
profits a lot of them then said my family didn't unselect Touka Hua Salah Taka? What happened to the
armor that I had given to you? My mom, my father, I

00:08:47 --> 00:09:30
			didn't unselect what happened to the armor that I had given you? Now, what armor is he talking about
earlier? The Allahu taala anhu says that there was an armor of the prophets, a lot of whom had
gifted to me he had given to me. Some mentioned that it was from the Battle of bud and it was called
the hood Tamiya Tamiya Tamiya basically, the reason why it was called that was Misbah to Isla button
in monopoly Abdullah case. Abdullah case was a tribe and there was a particular family in the tribe
called hood them and they used to produce they were known for making a particular type of armor. It
was very wide, and it was very strong in seminary. Some of the books of Hadith also mentioned that

00:09:30 --> 00:10:00
			hood bomb, like like Doctor answers Rockman Otama, right. It was also called proton because it was
known as Allah, the uke Cyril, Allah The uke sudo su youth. It was called the sword breaker. It was
called the sword breaker the sword shatter, right it would shatter and break swords. So it was so
heavy Allina the Allahu talanoa who la de la Kieran it was heavy and it was wide. But the good thing
about it was that wearing it while it was heavy in

00:10:00 --> 00:10:39
			It was wide It was a lot to handle. If a strong enough of a main word you could go into the middle
of the enemy and every sword anyway the harder they tried to hit it the more badly their sword would
break on it right so that armor so he says what happened to that armor and he said for one let the
innocent lamb ID necessarily be a D in the Halla hatami yamaki mucha agua de la him in purple grnd
seminarians he mentioned that I did have that did odd that armor but the reason why I didn't mention
it was because number one, it's not the kind of thing you've given me. And number two was that I
didn't think it was worth that much. Some narrations he actually says I didn't think it was worth

00:10:39 --> 00:11:22
			more than like a few da him. Right? So it wasn't worth that much. So I said I do have that on
messenger of Allah, the prophets a lot of the sunset pods a watch to to kaha for birth la ha behalf
hasta hella hobby Ha. So he then the profits lobby Some said that will be the mouth that is an
appropriate manner. And so now go ahead and start preparing. So in the course of preparing, there
were a couple of things now the profits a lot of them told me to figure out two more things. Number
one, a walima has to be done. Right a feast will Lima will have to be arranged. And Allah The Allahu
taala, who says I barely got to monitor together there. And so I didn't have enough to throw an EMA.

00:11:23 --> 00:11:58
			So it actually mentions and this tells you about the sense of community they had, that some of the
Sahaba stepped forth and they basically pitched in and helped to Allah, the Allahu taala no throw is
really more, you know, offer a redeemer to the community. So I've been able to pass or excuse me,
I've been more I've read the Allahu taala and who gave, you know, a lamb and then some other Sahaba
brought some other things as well, along with that idea of the Allahu taala wanted to go and make
some money for the cinema and also for the initial expenses, just you know, setting up a home and
making the arrangements for having a family.

00:11:59 --> 00:12:25
			So he says in one narration that the Prophet sallallahu Sallam advised me he said why don't you go
and go get some insted his kid was like a type of grass or a type of leaf that they would have that
they would use for different purposes like food and cooking and things like that. He said, Why don't
you go and get some input from the from the woods a little bit outside of Medina and bring it in
sell it.

00:12:26 --> 00:13:06
			So Alina, the Allahu taala on Who says I set out on this. So again, we learned quite a few lessons
here. When the when the prophets a lot of them goes to Fatima, the Allahu taala and her and tells
her about that, you know, I have a marriage proposal for you that I like. And so I wanted to ask you
about it as the compliance in the agreement of the bride is absolutely necessary like Hulu
documentary Tony Saqqara, women cannot be given away forcefully. So she has to agree she has to
accept and give her consent. So the profits a lot of them tells her that I have chosen the Allahu
taala knew for you and Fatima the Allahu taala Allah was very quiet. She didn't respond to anything

00:13:06 --> 00:13:25
			probably out of, you know, shyness or modesty. And so the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam
mentions the qualities of a leader the Allahu taala and who to her and he specifically mentioned
that, that Allah radi Allahu taala knew who acts and to whom

00:13:26 --> 00:13:29
			he specifically mentions about Allah The Allahu taala and who

00:13:31 --> 00:13:32
			that

00:14:00 --> 00:14:07
			very beautiful praise of a leader of the LA hotel under the prophets a lot he sort of mentioned. So
I like to mention the exact wording

00:14:08 --> 00:14:48
			there Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam specifically mentioned to her that he is one of the
earliest people to accept Islam. He is one of the most knowledgeable of my companions, and he is
also one of the best of my companions in terms of his character in his o'clock. So those are the
three things specifically the prophets Allah, Allah mentions that number one, he was very early to
Islam, so he has seniority in Islam in spite of being so young. He has such seniority. The second
thing that he mentions is that he has great knowledge like he's a very knowledgeable, very
intelligent man. And then the third thing the prophets a lot a Salah mentions about him

00:14:48 --> 00:14:59
			specifically, is that he is somebody of very, very good o'clock. Yes, oxido, whom are a man of the
loom. Haman was a well known Islam and he says that he is the most

00:15:00 --> 00:15:26
			amongst my companions, in terms of knowledge, he is the greatest or the most virtuous amongst them
and patience, patience. And then the third thing is what, what to whom Islam and, and he's one of
the most senior in Islam. So these are some, you know, some very important points that we're picking
up from the prophets a lot. So, in terms of what accounts for a good marriage proposal, right and
kind of measure that against the types of things that you know, we might look at today.

00:15:28 --> 00:15:51
			He specifically mentions his knowledge, his intelligence, he mentions his hidden forbearance,
patience, clock character, demeanor, is a very calm, very cool, very collected demeanor. And then
the third thing is that he has seniority in terms of Islam. very remarkable qualities and Fati,
Marathi Allahu taala. And then the prophets, a lot of him goes on to say

00:15:53 --> 00:15:53
			that

00:15:55 --> 00:16:35
			he is also from amongst the most noble people in my eyes, right? He's one of the people that I love
and respect the most. So Fati, Marathi Allahu taala. And he also agreed to the marriage proposal.
And so at this time I literally Allahu Allah and who, basically the you know, the preparations are
starting now. Right? The Mahara has been designated Ali radi Allahu talanoa has accepted Fatima radi
Allahu taala and has accepted the Wali, The Guardian, the father of the bride, none other than
Mohammed Rasulullah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam has also approved of this as well. Now the some
Sahaba have made commitments to help a leader the Allahu taala to prepare walima Allah The Allahu

00:16:35 --> 00:17:14
			taala and who has gone out, and he specifically says that I hired a man from Baruch a new car, but
not a new car, which was a Jewish tribe. He says that I hired a man from there to help me go and
bring these leaves of his kid and bring them back from there so that then I could sell them. So the
Allahu Allahu is out for work. And so the next thing I was going to mention, actually here in terms
of a lesson of this is the prophets, a lot of them looks at the qualities of Allah, the Allahu
taala. No, as I mentioned them. The fourth thing, obviously, is the sense of, you know, what, what
is his financial circumstance? Right? What is his financial situation? Now, that is important, and

00:17:14 --> 00:17:53
			that's why the prophets a lot of them asked, right? So we always have two extremes in this
conversation. One extreme is that it's only about the finances and that's the only thing we're
concerned about. And that's obviously problematic because you marry somebody based on their bank
account or their income, or their you know, income brackets. And then you don't have any care or
concern for their Deen and their quality and their character, then that's how you end up in trouble.
Versus debt. At the same time, should I create an opposite extreme where we say no, money doesn't
matter at all. The only thing that matters is Dean. Right? Well, one's responsibility is a part of

00:17:53 --> 00:18:26
			their Deen. So yes, money in and of itself doesn't matter. But one's ability to handle
responsibility and take on responsibility absolutely does matter, and is a part of one's Deen. And
so that's why the Prophet of Allah allottee senem does pay attention to that, and he does inquire
about that. But what the prophets a lot of them realizes about earlier the Allahu telefonu as I
mentioned numerous times now, here's somebody very intelligent, very pious with unbelievable
character in a clap Mashallah. He's needs a little help in the area of finances.

00:18:27 --> 00:19:04
			So now look what the prophets a lot of them does. He doesn't disqualify Lila de la Catalano. He
works with him on it gives him some advice. And so this teaches both, you know, families that might
be looking for possible suitors or proposals for their daughters. But it also teaches young men as
well that they should be open to this type of counseling advice, right that maybe you work with
somebody on this, you get some advice in this regard. The ego a lot of times comes in the way as
well. Right? And so then they're not willing to listen to anyone or take any advice. So now our
leader, the Allahu taala, who sits down and takes notes, he takes advice from the prophets, Allah,

00:19:04 --> 00:19:45
			okay, you're dead over here. Yes, I have the data, that will be your Ma. Okay. And you have this,
this and this ability. Why don't you go and start engaging in that type of business and make some
money so that you can support your family? Okay, great. Fantastic. Right. So, so many profound
lessons here, that we can see how the prophets allottee some functions as a father, marrying his
daughter, right? So very, very important. Now, you know, the Allahu taala, who goes off to engage in
his business. Now he says that while I was gone, he says, I owned two camels. I own two sheep,
camels, the two sheep camels that I owned, one of them I had received

00:19:47 --> 00:19:49
			from the spoils of war in the Battle of

00:19:51 --> 00:19:59
			Mindanao CB mineral Magna Miyama battery. It was from my spoke portion of the spoils of war by them.
The second one autonomy, Sharif and Ross

00:20:00 --> 00:20:03
			Lucky somebody sent me a loved one email home to me then

00:20:04 --> 00:20:46
			the second sheet candle that I had, was gifted to me by the prophets, a lot of them from the, from
his portion of the spoils of war on the day but from his portion of the spoils of war, the prophets
allies him gifted to me, he Campbell, so I had these two sheet candles. So he says that I had them
tied up outside the house of an unsavoury. I had them tied up outside the house of an uncertainty.
Now this is this story is a part of this incident and this timeline, but it's a very sensitive and
delicate story. So I'm going to handle it accordingly. So he says I had these two sheep camels tied
up outside the house of this on Saudi Sahabi you know, just looking after for me

00:20:47 --> 00:21:18
			and he says that I came back from you know, my job gathering these, you know, his head to be able to
sell them hatachi Moto G Moto, I'd gotten what I had gotten for either A and a B shoddy Fe, but that
would you but asni, moto Kuma booklet Ottawa celluma were op them in a Kadima. He says I came to get
my sheet camels because I was going to load the his kit on there and maybe take it and you know, go
sell it in the marketplace. And I see that the sheep camels are dead.

00:21:20 --> 00:21:35
			And they've been basically they've been slaughtered. Right. And then they've been you know, cut
open. And basically some meats you know, like deliver and meat and stuff like that has been cut out
from them.

00:21:37 --> 00:21:40
			And he says this is basically all that I own.

00:21:41 --> 00:21:44
			I just got done with the most difficult conversation of my life.

00:21:45 --> 00:22:03
			with not only the messenger of Godzilla Lee sent him but with my father in law to be about my
financial situation. And I'm doing something about it. I'm trying to make things happen here so I
can get married. And I come back and basically my sole possession. All my wealth is sitting here
bleeding industry.

00:22:05 --> 00:22:08
			And he says that for them Lika Allah

00:22:10 --> 00:22:13
			He said I started to like, I started to cry.

00:22:15 --> 00:22:34
			Like everything was gone. Says Hina Ah, Amanda when I saw what had happened for him to man for Allah
haha. I stood up and I was like Who did this? So someone said, Phil Allahu Hamza bin Abdul Wahab
Phil Beatty World War fisherwomen I'm sorry.

00:22:36 --> 00:22:53
			Somebody said that. I think it was Hamza bin Abdul muttalib. Your uncle Hamza did it. And he's
inside this house. And there's a group of you know, people there who are amongst the on sod, who
basically are kind of what we would call hanging out.

00:22:54 --> 00:23:09
			There's a group of the ansata that are there. And they're hanging out and hums out of the language
and who's with them, and he came out and he did this. Now the thing that I mentioned is that they
weren't Why would he do something like this? When they were all they were hanging out? They were
also drinking wine.

00:23:11 --> 00:23:41
			Now all of a sudden, that perks everyone's ears. What are you talking about? He comes out of the
hotel and you say you do Shahada? I'm rasulillah Rasulullah sallallahu Asad Aracely. Right. This is
the leader of all the marchers, the uncle of the messenger, the Lion of a lion is messenger
sallallahu alayhi wa sallam Hamza, the Allahu taala? No, may Allah be pleased with him. So what do
you mean drinking wine? What's going on over here. So keep in mind, this is before the prohibition
of wine.

00:23:42 --> 00:24:23
			This is before the prohibition of wine. In fact, this is even before the IRS came down that
prohibited them from even praying with you know, after being under the influence intoxication of
wine. So this is way before all of that. Right? So this is still very early on. And so hams that are
the Allahu talanoa and some of the unsalted they were consuming this wine. But keep in mind that we
should not take this as some type of slights against the Sahaba of the Allahu taala. No. Why?
Because when the ions of wine came down, contrary to maybe how we would react when the idea of the
prohibition of intoxicants came down the Sahaba rhodiola catalana, where they were standing

00:24:23 --> 00:24:59
			basically took if they had anything, and they just immediately smashed the bottles and threw it away
and tossed it away. They didn't ask or inquire, oh, I understand. We can't drink this anymore. But
can we sell it to somebody else? Can we give it away to that? No, no, they were not those types of
people. When they were told this is no longer permissible. They threw it away immediately. That's
it, I'm done with it. I never even want to see it ever again. And immediately in that instance, in
that moment, became the most detestable thing to them. So the Sahaba are people of extremely, very,
very high caliber and quality, but this is before the prohibition of war.

00:25:00 --> 00:25:29
			Many of us who have maybe grown up as Muslims been raised in Muslim families or in Muslim societies
or cultures, the idea of alcohol might just be so shocking to us that we can't even fathom but yeah,
but there's a haba. Right? Keep in mind, this is before there was any prohibition of it at all. So
it's a very different situation. So while they were drinking and hums out on the Allahu talana was
under the influence of this wine. Somebody said the poem Elijah Hamza really should have known

00:25:30 --> 00:25:37
			that somebody said, Oh, Hamza, go and basically bring the meat of these fat chick camels.

00:25:38 --> 00:26:03
			Right? Somebody kind of enticed him. So, so Hamza, the Allahu terrano, for whatever Hamza Illa save
for a Giberson as Nima Takuma Bahasa Rama aka Dominic buddy Hema Hamza de la Kalani jumped up with
the sword Wayne sacrifice the camels, cut them open and pulled some meat cuts of meat and liver and
things like that out and brought it in and started roasting it and started consuming it right away.
Right part of the party the barbecue.

00:26:05 --> 00:26:41
			I laid out the Allahu terrano says fun from top to bottom. So somewhere in there who's a little
hotter? I went immediately to the profits a lot of these humans they've been hot etha who was like
family as well, right? So this is a family affair now. family issue. The prophet SAW something his
uncle Hamza, the Allahu taala and zaytoven ohada is the adopted son of the prophets. Awesome. Right
and who was zaven hottie that was very close to Hamza, not the Lakota. They were like brothers.
Right? You're very, very close. So this is a family affair now. So he says that they don't know
haritha is sitting with the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, and I walked in for out of an abuse

00:26:41 --> 00:26:57
			of Allah Allah who was cinema and la de la key to the prophets. A lot of them saw the look on my
face and he knew something was wrong. For Carla Malik said What's wrong? Ali? What's wrong? Like you
recognize something's wrong for Petunia Rasul Allah ma a token young.

00:26:58 --> 00:27:12
			You will not believe what happened today. The most unbelievable thing happened either Hamza Allah
nakiya cinematograph ma Baqarah Kawasaki Ma, wah wah, Daffy Beatty, ma charbon.

00:27:13 --> 00:27:14
			He says that

00:27:15 --> 00:27:16
			Hamza

00:27:17 --> 00:27:58
			wins and he killed my camels. And he did this and this and he's over there in that home along with
some other people. For the enemies a lot isn't that he for the process? I'm told they bring me my
shawl. And he brought him the shawl in the process and wrapped a shawl around him. Someone bought a
machine. He went walking very quickly. And he says, what about you and I was able to hire me and
they don't know how to either ran behind him. had a baby beta latifi Hamza, he reached a house where
Hamza Delano was this generation of Bahati, by the way, in case somebody is curious, isn't it for
Southern Allah He for Athena Allah who the process of not to permission, somebody said come in, who

00:27:58 --> 00:28:10
			is it Mohammed? Right, and the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam the prophecy serum went in? For
Tuffy hanabusa Samia Lu Hamza from FEMA for the process of walked in and he said yeah Hamza mother.

00:28:12 --> 00:28:23
			Right. He started to kind of say Hamza, what did you do? Why would you do this? for either Hamza
thermen. He says Hamza, the Allahu taala. On who was out of it.

00:28:24 --> 00:28:34
			Right. He was not no longer like thinking clearly. He was quite intoxicated. Mohammed, Mohammed Ah,
now his eyes were red.

00:28:35 --> 00:29:06
			For another Hamza Hamza radi Allahu taala does weird look on his face. The eyes looked like he was
clearly intoxicated being up all night. For another I Hamza Ilana besides me, staring at the process
of them very strange. Through Masada Navara, initially looking to process him up and down for
another eropa he looked up at his knees for Masada, another another Allah wa G. Then he kept on
scanning the process until he looked up and he can like size them up. Whether you're trying to
recognize him or what it was

00:29:08 --> 00:29:13
			through makalah Hamza Hamza radi Allahu taala, who says while unto Ella obediently Abby,

00:29:14 --> 00:29:18
			why don't you guys are just my father's slaves

00:29:19 --> 00:29:20
			he was referring to.

00:29:22 --> 00:29:38
			So that's where I mean he was seeing that it's the grandson of my father. They don't know. harissa
was also a slave in the family before. So he says to me, libido, Leah be all of you are distant
slaves and Sons of my father.

00:29:40 --> 00:29:50
			Right, you can talk to me, but he's intoxicated, right? foreign Ibiza Samana who's me? The President
immediately recognized that Hamza is very very intoxicated right now.

00:29:52 --> 00:30:00
			faneca sarasu lai Salatu mala automate the process of slowly backed up from there. Didn't take him
to the word record.

00:30:00 --> 00:30:07
			As you can see he's intoxicated now is not the time to speak to him slowly backed up from there for
her Raja Raja we came out with him.

00:30:09 --> 00:30:55
			The narration basically goes on that eventually, the ayat of karma came down into profits a lot. He
said I'm handled the issue and Hamza rhodiola hootenanny was made to apologize to Allah The Allahu
talanoa and compensate him for what was lost. So now that the basically the story moves forward, the
Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam then performed the nega the marriage contract of Allah the
Allahu taala Ando and Fatima the Allahu taala Anna and the prophets a lot is on himself, then took
his daughter Fatima to the Allahu taala on her along with her stuff to drop her off at the house of
Allah the Allahu taala on who and he specifically gave her some gifts, which is oftentimes referred

00:30:55 --> 00:31:43
			to as DITA G's, or G has or jazz, right that he basically sent some gifts with her from a as a
father, you know giving gift to her daughter jaha Rasulullah histologic Fatima fi chameleon was
created but in what we said that you do mean hashoah is hit the profits a lot of them basically gave
her a you know, kind of like a blanket. And he gave her you know, like a nice blanket. He gave her a
water skin like a water sack to be able to store water in the profits a lot. He said I'm also gifted
to her like a bowl or some dish. The prophets a lot of them also gave her a pillow that was made out
of leather, a pillow that was made out of leather and it was stuffed with again the leaves of his

00:31:43 --> 00:32:19
			hip. Right so it was considered a very nice type of pillow that he gave her to this pillow. So he
gave her some home supplies. Right some furniture would we would call right a blanket to sleep on a
pillow gave her the bowl the dish of water skin, a water sack, and this was the jihads of the
daughter of the prophets allottee So keep in mind this is Hama de la sala likes a lot he said I'm
this Daughter of his is the one who the prophet SAW someone say say you had the Tunis it on the
agenda. This is the leader of all the women of paradise. And this is the gift that she takes to our
new home from her father, the simplicity.

00:32:20 --> 00:32:34
			The simplicity of the messenger salon Isa is such a powerful story. I was just reading through this
I couldn't stop reading about faulty model the illogical teller now, there's a powerful story I came
across where the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam.

00:32:35 --> 00:33:08
			One time he saw Fatima the Allahu taala on her. And she was wearing a leader the Allahu taala who
had given her a gift. Earlier the Allahu talanoa had given her a gift. And it was a gold necklace.
Nothing very huge or elaborate. It was just like a little gold chain. And the prophets a lot of them
saw this in her neck. And so the prophets a lot of them went and he kind of grabbed it and he said,
What is this? What is this? And Fatima radi Allahu taala on her. She said that.

00:33:10 --> 00:33:14
			Danny and Danny Ha. Abu Hassan,

00:33:15 --> 00:33:32
			referring to the Allahu taala and who that my husband, Abu Hassan Ali, he gave this to me. da la Abu
Hassan, the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said yeah, Fatima, Fatima is Suki and you're cool
and natural.

00:33:33 --> 00:33:43
			Do you want people to say, Fatima I've been to Mohammed was that people refer to you as far team.
I've been to Mohammed Ophelia Dickie Silsila. To me Noreen.

00:33:45 --> 00:33:47
			And you have this chain made of fire?

00:33:49 --> 00:34:09
			Right very harsh. When we know it's permissible for women to wear. And I literally Allahu taala No,
of course will either be law. God forbid he had not earned it wrongly was not stolen or in you know,
an impermissible property. This is one of the most honest men that ever walked the face of this
earth.

00:34:10 --> 00:34:16
			So is permissible means it's permissible for a woman to wear and these are so referring to it as a
chain me to fire

00:34:17 --> 00:34:24
			me up toward the process that when you would go to visit Fatima the Lakota honey would sit with her
sit next to her you would hold her hand.

00:34:26 --> 00:34:28
			He would hold her hand he would talk to her

00:34:30 --> 00:34:34
			for hours sometimes, and he didn't sit down and he just left from the door.

00:34:36 --> 00:34:39
			I shadowed the Allahu talana took off the necklace.

00:34:40 --> 00:34:43
			She went and she found a slave

00:34:44 --> 00:34:49
			and she used that necklace to purchase the freedom of that slave and freed the slave.

00:34:50 --> 00:34:59
			She took that necklace went and bought a man his freedom. Free to save the Prophet sallallahu alayhi
wasallam when he was told

00:35:00 --> 00:35:09
			Did you hear what Fatima did? Your rasulillah she did this is this. The prophets a lot of them said
Al Hamdulillah he led the ninja Fatima manana.

00:35:11 --> 00:35:17
			The ultimate praises for Allah Spano Allah who saved my daughter Fatima from the fire of *. So
hon Allah.

00:35:18 --> 00:35:21
			That was a therapy of the prophets, a lot of the people in this household.

00:35:24 --> 00:35:31
			Right That was the simplicity and the sacrifice with which he lived and preached and worked and
taught. And this is how he raised his children.

00:35:33 --> 00:35:59
			It's permissible, but he said not for the daughter of Mohammed ceylonese. know, we live by a higher
standard and a higher code. This is the Fatima the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam one time he
would say, yeah Masha Quraysh Easter and pusaka la omean camino la he shake icera people of Croatia.
Basically save your souls from the fire of *.

00:36:00 --> 00:36:28
			saviors holes from the fire Ville I will not be able to help you in the least bit. He said yeah,
Benny Abdi munaf old the children of Abdullah enough, right? Could he again his family. Now only
uncle Mina lucky Shay. I cannot save you in front of Allah subhanaw taala meaning work for your
souls. Work for your aka. Yeah, I balance when I'm dealing with Polly. Now only uncom in a lucky
shape. Oh, Uncle Ibis.

00:36:29 --> 00:36:31
			I cannot save you.

00:36:32 --> 00:36:43
			work to save yourself. Yes, Sofia. Amati Rasulullah Amata Rasulullah Salallahu alaihe salam o
Sophia, my aunt, Aunt Sophia. Save yourself.

00:36:45 --> 00:36:46
			I can't save you.

00:36:47 --> 00:36:50
			Yeah, Fatima Binti. Mohammed. Yeah, Fatima bint Mohammed

00:36:52 --> 00:37:00
			salini Masha Timmy Molly. Oh, Fatima, beloved daughter Fatima. Asked me whatever you want in this
world.

00:37:01 --> 00:37:07
			Take whatever whatever I have. You can have all of it. You can ask me for anything that I have. I
will give it to you.

00:37:08 --> 00:37:16
			But he says not only unki mean alakija but I can't save you in front of Allah subhanaw taala gotta
work to save yourself.

00:37:17 --> 00:37:23
			Right? That's how the promises he had raised file to model the Allahu taala and this is why she was
the person that she was

00:37:24 --> 00:37:31
			the Prophet of Allah, Allah He said, one time comes to visit Fatima or Fatima radi Allahu Allah and
one time goes to visit the Prophet sallallahu sallam.

00:37:33 --> 00:38:04
			Fatima was very beloved to the Prophet sallallahu. Whenever I talked about this at bud, whenever the
prophets a lot of whom would travel he would depart from the machine with the group with the Sahaba
the last place you would go to before going to the masjid, you would go to the house of Fatima and
check on her and let her know I'll be back soon. And when you would arrive back in Medina, they
would land the station. They would land back at the masjid and from the masjid the first place even
though he lived next door to the masjid. He would first go to the house of Fatima and visit her and
check on her and make sure she was doing okay. That's the type of love that he had for one time

00:38:04 --> 00:38:21
			faulty motto the Allahu taala and he comes to visit the prophets a lot. He said Oh, and she's baked
some fresh bread. And she brings it to him and puts it down in front of him. The prophets. A lot of
them says, What's the special occasion? Yeah, Fatima and Fatima the Allahu taala. Allah says, no
special occasion. I made fresh bread and I wanted to eat it with you.

00:38:22 --> 00:38:27
			I remembered you. So the prophets, a lot of them said Bismillah took a bite of the bread.

00:38:29 --> 00:38:45
			And then the prophets Allah vision for Hamidullah. He thanked Allah subhana wa Taala hamdulillah.
And he said, Fatima when Latina, Latina, Mohammed in via de, I swear by the one whose life Oh, I
swear by the one who's in whose hands is Muhammad's life.

00:38:46 --> 00:39:11
			I swear by the one who holds my life in his hands. I swear by Allah have a wonderful time and Allahu
Abu ferocity am this the first morsel of food Your father has eaten in three days. This was a Fatima
who had learned from the Prophet sesamum so she gets married. And a very beautiful remarkable story
but a very powerful, you know, lesson.

00:39:12 --> 00:39:27
			When they get married father model the Allahu taala and her basically does all the work and tasks
everything that she needs to running the entire household. And it's, you know, obviously it starts
to take a toll on her children and everything.

00:39:28 --> 00:39:35
			So she's struggling. So I laid out the Allahu Allah Allah, Allah The Allahu taala who tells us why
Fatima?

00:39:36 --> 00:39:40
			Why don't you go to the prophets a lot him and request him to provide for you a servant,

00:39:41 --> 00:39:58
			a maid or somebody to help you around the house. Fatima the Allahu taala when he goes to pray fudger
after fudger she goes to the house of the profits, a lot of them and she the profits, a lot of
humans out running some errands, taking care of some things in the community. He's not there.

00:40:00 --> 00:40:06
			Allahu Allah Allah tells the prophets a lot of him when he comes home in the evening time that Fatah
might come looking for you.

00:40:08 --> 00:40:29
			And so the prophets, a lot of them comes to the house of Fatima, the Allahu taala. And ha, Ali and
Fatima, the Allahu taala Anima have laid down already. And there have that blankets on top of them.
It said the blanket was so small, that when they would wear it to learn when they would wear it the
long way, it wouldn't cover both of them completely.

00:40:30 --> 00:40:45
			Like you wouldn't cover them completely, their sides would be exposed. And when they would wear it's
wide, their feet would stick out and their head it wouldn't cover their heads, their feet and their
heads would be outside of the blanket. So the profits a lot of them arrives.

00:40:46 --> 00:41:15
			And he takes permission chanter as he begins to enter a little the Allahu taala and he starts to get
up in the profit systems of mechanic, stay where you are. And he sits down between them. And alira
the Allahu taala and who says that I could feel you know, the leg of the process was very cold. It
was nighttime, it was very cold. I could feel the coldness of his leg against me and the prophets a
lot. He said him says that you wanted help and assistance.

00:41:16 --> 00:41:24
			Let me tell you something better. Hey, Ron, middle, middle hard. Let me tell you about something
that's better than helping assistance.

00:41:25 --> 00:41:33
			Recite whenever you lay down to go to bed, recite, say some handler 33 times Sabir Hila thalassa
masala tea

00:41:34 --> 00:41:45
			wahama de la sala de la salle hamdulillah 33 times? Well, kabili Lucha Aruba with Allah and say
Allahu Akbar 34 times.

00:41:47 --> 00:41:51
			And this is better for you than any type of maid or servant or assistance.

00:41:52 --> 00:42:00
			And the prophets, a lot of them left. But he still did not give a hadith because he says no, not the
family of the messenger Salafi, so

00:42:02 --> 00:42:30
			we don't have servants, we don't have maids. We do our work ourselves. But do this take care of
Allah. And Allah The Allahu taala, who says I never stopped I never quit doing that for the rest of
my life. And I've benefited from it. We all know this is called that the spirit of Fatima at svfr to
me that this be Fatima the Allahu Tirana, so well known, so famous, but this this B was taught by a
loving father to his beloved daughter.

00:42:32 --> 00:42:42
			Right? Another very, you know, interesting incident from the marriage of the Allahu talanoa and
Fatima the Allahu taala. And ha

00:42:44 --> 00:42:53
			is that towards the end of the life of the prophets, a lot of them after Potomac after the conquest
of Makkah. Alina, the Allahu jalon, who was considering

00:42:54 --> 00:42:56
			taking a second wife, another wife,

00:42:58 --> 00:43:07
			and Fatima, the Allahu taala. And when she found out about it, it's narrating Bukhari and Muslim
that Fatima the Allahu taala Anna was not happy.

00:43:09 --> 00:43:10
			She wasn't comfortable.

00:43:12 --> 00:43:19
			So she's told the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, I'm not comfortable with this. The prophets a
lot even spoke to Allah The Allahu Jelani

00:43:20 --> 00:43:30
			and he said Fatima Buddha tomini Fatima to Buddha, Germany. In another narration, the prophet of
Allah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam.

00:43:31 --> 00:44:02
			He specifically says, that uses another word for Buddha, where the prophets Allah says Fatima to in
nama Fatima should should not too many. Meaning Fatima is a part of me. Fatima is a part of me.
Yasukuni my absolute to her up to NEMA up to her way up to me my up to her. Your Sunni my Yasuko ha
Well, you NEMA you lead to her. What makes her happy makes me happy.

00:44:04 --> 00:44:10
			And what this pleases her displeases me. What upsets her upsets me.

00:44:12 --> 00:44:48
			And a leader the Allahu taala knew taking the hint, did not end up taking another wife during the
lifetime of multimodal de Allahu telaga. Specifically, some of the narrations mentioned that it was
the daughter of Abu JAL, and the Prophet sallallahu Sallam specifically commented on that as well.
But the fact of the matter is that not only that particular woman that alira Allahu Allahu Allah
never took any other second wife, not just the daughter of a Buddha never took any other wife
because Fatima radi Allahu taala Anna was uncomfortable with it. And so the prophets Allah they
said, Look, take care of Fatima. Take care of Fatima. And so Allah The Allahu taala anhu and he said

00:44:48 --> 00:44:51
			the promise of Samsung less to Hollywood Hara

00:44:52 --> 00:45:00
			Hara mohalla. I will not make the impermissible, permissible and impermissible impermissible. I'm
not saying it's haram on you to take another

00:45:00 --> 00:45:07
			Wife because Allah subhanaw taala is allowed you to, but I'm telling you look out for my father,
take care of my Fatima

00:45:08 --> 00:45:21
			right. And so it's another very powerful story that shows you know the relationship of Allah and
Fatima radi Allahu taala and Mama, and also the love that the Prophet sallallahu Sallam had for
multimodal the Allahu taala. And, finally,

00:45:22 --> 00:45:25
			Ali and Fatima radi Allahu taala angama they had.

00:45:27 --> 00:45:48
			They had five children in total. They had five children total. Hassan Hussein, radi Allahu taala
and, of course the famous Hudson Hussain, radi Allahu talanoa. They are a third son by the name of
Maha sin or moisten both versions are mentioned, either was my sin or my sin.

00:45:49 --> 00:45:55
			Unfortunately Maha sin or my sin, He passed away as a child, so he didn't survive.

00:45:57 --> 00:46:42
			And then they had two daughters omocha film and Zainab so it's very beautiful about that is that
Fatima? The Allahu taala on her, named her two daughters. After two of her sisters who had passed
away, two of her sisters were deceased who had passed away in memory of them. And so these were the
children of alien Fatima, the Allahu taala. And why and even as an entire family. They were just a
remarkable family, the famous story that pertains to the ions of skeleton in samsara to dad in
Amanita mo Camila de la Helena de Dominica and Bella Shakira right there Ali and Fatima radi Allahu
taala Anima were fasting. And when they sat down to break their fast, yet even an orphan came saying

00:46:42 --> 00:46:53
			Yeah, Allah at Rasulullah he salatu salam, O family of the prophets a lot. So I may your team helped
me and they gave their daughter they gave their food to the team and they drank water and slept
hungry.

00:46:54 --> 00:47:02
			The next day, they were fasting and they were they were going to order the next time they were
fasting. They were going to sit down to break their fast. I see Ron

00:47:03 --> 00:47:04
			Yeti man

00:47:06 --> 00:47:11
			miskeen she's miskeen miskeen King, a poor person.

00:47:12 --> 00:47:49
			And again, several family of the prophets of cinema Myskina helped me and again, they gave their
star to the miskeen and they drank water and went to sleep. Then again, the next time they're
fasting, a scene a prisoner comes and asks for food. They give the food and they sleep hungry
themselves. When they go and then they don't tell anyone they don't publicize, they don't advertise
even when they people try to thank them that they're giving the food to in the monitor mo calmly
magilla we fed you for the sake of Allah Landry Roman come zonula Shakira that we fed you for the
sake of Allah, we don't want any type of reward we don't meaning recompense from you. any

00:47:49 --> 00:48:13
			compensation from you, we don't want anything from you. We did it for the sake of Allah subhanaw
taala. When they go to the company of the prophets, a lot of them the prophets, Allah He said them
congratulate him and tells him that these items are revealed because of the deed that you had done.
This was the caliber and the quality of that family. Fatima radi Allahu taala. Anna was the one who
would go to see the prophets a lot. He said them when he was close to his death

00:48:14 --> 00:48:16
			and would sit next to the prophets a lot. He said

00:48:17 --> 00:48:20
			she put the head of the profits a lot hit him in her lap.

00:48:21 --> 00:48:30
			cried her tears falling on the face of the profits a lot. He said wakaba bata wakaba but why does my
father have to suffer like this?

00:48:32 --> 00:48:37
			I mean, think about the plight of Fatima de la jolla and her her mother passed away when she was
young.

00:48:39 --> 00:48:41
			She lost three brothers in childhood.

00:48:43 --> 00:48:46
			All three of her older sisters have passed away in front of her.

00:48:47 --> 00:48:50
			The only person she has left is her father.

00:48:52 --> 00:48:59
			She's crying and the prophets Allah tells her la cutterbar Allah Viki about the young, your father
will not suffer after today.

00:49:00 --> 00:49:05
			No more suffering for your father after today. And the prophets Allah passed away the next day.

00:49:06 --> 00:49:08
			Fatima the Allahu taala. And

00:49:09 --> 00:49:13
			when you read the narrations she was never the same.

00:49:15 --> 00:49:17
			The day the promises and passed away.

00:49:18 --> 00:49:19
			She never recovered from that.

00:49:20 --> 00:49:22
			I leave the hotel and her husband

00:49:23 --> 00:49:36
			on the closest people to the process that he went for the agendas of the messengers allottees washed
his body took him you know, put the profit systems body in the grave. buried the messengers a lot he
said

00:49:37 --> 00:49:40
			when he came back home, Fatima radi Allahu taala Anna

00:49:41 --> 00:49:44
			when she saw him she yelled at him.

00:49:45 --> 00:49:46
			She was so upset.

00:49:48 --> 00:49:52
			Were you not ashamed? pouring dirt on the body of the messengers allottees

00:49:54 --> 00:49:56
			How dare you put dirt on his body?

00:49:57 --> 00:49:59
			Just It was so tragic.

00:50:00 --> 00:50:03
			Right, we're torn when we hear about it because he's our messenger.

00:50:05 --> 00:50:07
			The Sahaba were stunned, speechless.

00:50:09 --> 00:50:17
			cried like babies because they were his companions and friends. Imagine his only child who has a
surviving child.
